Custom Orders

As our products are made-to-order, they are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made before production begins, following confirmation of your quote and any deposit payment.

Defects or Damage

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost, where applicable.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary depending on the product, brand, and manufacturer. Some components may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, while others may not. Details will be communicated at the time of quotation.
