Prices for our products and services are provided on a custom quotation basis, as each project varies based on site requirements, materials, and customization. Quotations are provided free of charge through our “Get a Quote” form or by contacting us directly, and are valid for a limited period as stated at the time of quotation, after which prices may be subject to change.

3. Orders & Payment

Once a quotation is accepted, an order is confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit or payment as agreed between Uzair Group and the customer. Payment terms, including deposit amounts and final payment schedules, will be communicated and agreed upon before production begins.

4. Installation & Site Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the installation site. Any delays caused by site readiness, access restrictions, or third-party obstructions may affect the agreed delivery and installation timeline.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. As most products are custom-made, cancellations after production has begun may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property
